Yoga that is accessible to all practice levels from beginner to more advanced. Classes range from Slow, Restorative, Qi Gong, Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin.
Wholefoods
Let's not kid ourselves, most of us are very food motivated. Sage meals are wholefoods, prepared fully onsite from our own produce gardens or local farmers. We receive more feedback about how amazing the food is and how easy it is for a weekend to be fully nouished with food.
